Our Story

Coach Patrick O’Connor is one of the most sought after coaches in the world of boxing today... He has been the Coach to some of the best athletes to ever grace the sport of boxing and MMA, such as Jon Jones and Willie Monroe Jr. and many other world level professional athletes in all sports. Coach O’Connor trains his athletes specifically for their sport so each plan is detailed and laser focused on the athlete’s special needs. He spends most of his day building dreams in the Black Irish Boxing gym for professional athletes, health enthusiasts, students and ANYONE who would like to get in the best and strongest condition of their life, no matter your age or current wellness level

Coach O'Connor met the infamous Jon 'Bones' Jones when the soon-to-be UFC Light Heavy Weight Champ was 20 years old. Even attending his fight camp in New Mexico to lead up to his win against Alexander Gustafsson in 2013.
